Time for a second update, especially since my art hasn't been moving along as I have hoped. I got fired from my civilian job, and I am being medically released from serving with the Canadian forces, so my time has been mostly devoted to finding another job to finance myself.

First off, yesterday marked a date that wont go unnoticed by myself, I am going to share a moment of silence for all the lives lost on that day, 11 Sept 2001, and also all the lives lost in the war(Afghanistan) that was fueled by that fateful day. No one should be forgetting those brave souls, and simply just remembering about the people lost in the tragic attack on the Twin Towers.

The full Skin Deep is being placed on the back burner for now, because school has started, and the art work for that comes first. The first on the agenda is a Rauschenberg inspired abstract piece, and I am doing mine about war, not just war that you see such as the big WW but also smaller things on man scale like the Oklahoma Bombing, and things that were not considered "war" but it is more of a man versus man type thing.

Next is a big three piece series, a sculpture, a paiting, a plexi-carving, all for myself based from the 7 sins/7 virtues. Easy enough, though I feel it is going to fill my life for the next few months.
